    Group Coaching

Group coaching sessions are all about tapping into the collective wisdom of the group, with me facilitating conversations that encourage participants to share insights and learn from one another. It's the most interactive option, where the focus is on collaboration and creating a supportive space for problem-solving and personal growth.

As an ADHD coach, neurodivergent individual myself, and parent of neurodivergent teens, I bring a unique blend of professional knowledge and first-hand insight into the gifts and challenges of differently-wired individuals. I've spent years studying topics like self-compassion, executive function, and how to support neurodivergent brains in a neurotypical world. My goal is to simplify complex ideas into actionable, compassionate strategies that make a real difference. With a focus on working *with* our individual brain’s natural tendencies, I offer a positive, empowering approach to help people live a full and satisfying life without masking.

Talks can also be tailored to support both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, because many of the challenges we face, like procrastination or managing executive function, are universal. While neurodivergent individuals may experience these issues differently or more intensely, everyone can benefit from understanding how the brain works and learning strategies that make life a little easier. For example, a talk on procrastination doesn’t just speak to the neurodivergent audience—it offers practical insights that anyone can use to overcome delays and get things done. By approaching these topics with inclusivity, we create a space where all participants can learn and grow, no matter how their brains work.

Speaking engagements can often be in person from Seattle to Portland. Otherwise, I’m happy to deliver virtually. Please click the button or email me at hello@acolleystudio.com for more information.
